Corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel Gear Metering Pump
Corrosion-resistant gear pumps are positive displacement pumps designed for conveying corrosive media such as strong acids, strong bases, and organic solvents. Their core advantages lie in their corrosion-resistant materials, reliable sealing, leak-free magnetic drive, and stable flow rate. Suitable for viscosities ranging from 0.3 to 10⁵ cP and temperatures from -20℃ to 250℃, these pumps are widely utilized in fields such as chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, and new energy.
Pharmaceutical and food industry:deionized water, sodium hydroxide, vegetable oil.
Daily chemical industry: alkyl benzene, olefins and alcohol.
Fiber industry:polymer,pigment,resin.

1. Simple and compact structure: easy to use and maintain.
2. Automatic lubrication: The lubrication of the pump is automatically achieved by the conveyed liquid, and no additional lubricant is required during daily operation.
3. The elastic coupling transmits power: it can compensate for the slight deviation caused by installation, and can play a good buffering role when the pump is subjected to inevitable hydraulic shock during operation.
4. Wide range of applications: suitable for conveying various lubricating liquids
5. Corrosion resistance: can convey corrosive liquids

1. Installation: Install horizontally with the pump body positioned low to ensure the inlet pipe remains full. Magnetic pumps must strictly never be run dry (dry running will damage the ceramic components).
2. Maintenance: Periodically inspect gears and bearings for wear. In highly corrosive operating environments, inspect seals monthly (magnetic pumps are seal-less and maintenance-free). If the pump is to remain idle for an extended period, drain the process fluid to prevent crystallization or solidification that could cause seizing.
